Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation from Sprout & Play.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number.
3. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at segelkarmaker01@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
